Concerning leaving flowers, etc. In order that the cemetery might be kept in a condition of which we can all be proud, we respectfully ask that you abide by the following regulations:
Do not plant fresh or silk flowers on the ground on cemetery lots. (Floral arrangements on top of monuments at permitted; however, they often blow off unless they are wired on.)
Do not plant a flower bed on grave lots.
Any item placed on a lot that must be removed when mowing or mowed around is not permitted.
Owners must provide and sustain an 8-foot right of way through each row of graves to allow room for the mowers to mow and for a backhoe to access other graves on the row.
Exception: Arrangements may be placed in front of monuments at Easter, Memorial Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas; however, they should be removed after 10 days. If they are left after that time, they will be removed and trashed.
We feel very fortunate to have a caretaker who mows, trims, and uses the weed eater as often as necessary. He keeps the cemetery looking nice, and we want to help him all we can to continue to do so.
If there is a question or concern, call:
We will greatly appreciate your cooperation.
